Ruth enhanced the Out of School team in 2013. Previously she worked as a Mid Day Supervisor, a job that she has now returned to and it was this knowledge, experience and love of children that Little Meadow were looking for. Ruth has time for each child and is committed to ensuring each child is listened to and their well being supported. Out of School club strives to provide a homely environment for those children unable to go straight home from school and this is achieved largely due to Ruth’s approach with the children and their confidence to share anything with them. She really is the listening ears and caring voice that some children need after a difficult day at school.
